Responsibilities:

  • Daily reporting to management on covered routes, verifications, and new sign-ups.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with outlet owners and redistributors.
  • Ensure outlets sell brands at the correct prices.
  • Conduct promotions for brand visibility and awareness.
  • Maximize product sales and provide promotional feedback.
  • Service 90 outlets, visiting 18 daily, 90 weekly, and 387 monthly.
  • Attend training sessions as required by management.

Desired Experience & Qualifications: Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication, learning, and self-motivational skills.
  • Ability to close sales and expand the business by sourcing new outlets.
  • Effective decision-making and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in computers and applications.
  • Knowledge of liquor products and competitors.
  • Report writing capability.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year in Sales.

Other Requirements:

  • Residence in the advertised area.
  • Vehicle and valid driver’s license.
  • Matric Certificate or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in English and local languages.
  • Ability to work in the Informal Mainstream Market.

Package & Remuneration:

  • Basic Salary: R3700 per month.
  • Car allowance: R2500 per month.
  • Commission: up to R4000 per month.
  • Petrol allowance based on weekly kilometers.
  • Provident fund and medical aid after 3 months of employment.
